Ba
Den Mountain is the historical relic community and the famous landscape
of Southern area. The system of the cave and the natural landscape
combined with the religious architecture have decorated the mountain
with the natural harmonious feature. It really becomes the place coming
back to the root source, the spirit life and the people's revolutionary
tradition. The relic is located on the territory of the three villages
Ninh Son – Tan Binh – Thanh Tan, Tay Ninh town. It was recognized by
Ministry of Culture and Information as the cultural historical relics at
Decision No. 100/VH-QĐ dated 21 January 1989.
Ba Den Mountain Relic Population is 24km2
wide; the highest area is in Southern area (986m). The mountain is
structured by the stone of Granit, Granodionit, thus, the peak is quite
sharp and its ground is quite slope with 03 peaks: Ba Den mountain of
986m, Phung mountain of 372m and Heo mountain of 335m. Lady Temple
system in the mountain has Low pagoda, Medium pagoda, Top pagoda, Cave
pagoda and some caves are repaired by the Buddhist monks as the
worshipping place as Thanh Long cave, Ong Ho cave, Ba Co cave, Ba Tuan
cave, Thien Thai cave, Ong Ta cave etc.
Located
at the town area and 11km far from Tay Ninh town toward East- North and
100km from Ho Chi Minh city toward West, Ba Den mountain has the
coordinate from 106007'41” to 106011'06” Southern longitude and from 11021'06'' to 11024' Northern latitude.
Ba
Den mountain spring festival is annually organized on the beginning of
the lunar year. At this place, the natural landscape is grandiose; the
climate is pure with the system of the cave, primitive forest, the
cultural village etc. This has created Ba Den Mountain to become an
attractive tourist site. Every year, it has attracted more one million
of tourists. From the mountain foot, the tourist can go up and down Ba
pagoda by the cable car system, the skidding through or the mountain
climbing.
The detailed plan of Nui Ba tourist site has been approved by the province people's committee in June 1999.
Tay Ninh calls for the investors to exploit Ba Den Mountain tourist site with the preferential conditions.
Tay Ninh Holy See
Every
year, on the 8th day of January and the full moon day of the lunar
August, Tay Ninh holy See receives thousands of pilgrim to attend the
birthday ceremony of Duc Chi Ton and Hoi Yen Dieu Tri Cung. This is a
special cultural feature of Cao Dai religion.
Tay Ninh holy see was built in 1936 located in the premise of 1Km2 with 5km far from the town center.
Viewed
from the far direction, Holy See appears splendidly, majestically with
the bright color, relieves. Coming into the tourist for the first time
is the high hall peak decorated by the topography, the sophisticated and
matchless skillful details: Bach Ngoc Chung tower, Loi Am Co tower, Bat
Quai platform, Nghinh Phong platform. The nearer the tourist come, the
more surprise they get because of the original architecture with the
harmonious combination between Eastern- Asia architect and Western one.
In
front of the holy see is the status of Xa Nac according to Thich Ca
Buddhist studying the way and over 100 year-old snow-bell originating
from India. This is also the place where the tourist can stop for a
short while sitting the snow-bell root praying the peace. The right and
left sides are the forest with the ancient trees of the verdant leaves,
sweet order taste, attracting the spring birds and echoes the summer
tick.
Entering the holy see, the tourist will behold Qua Can Khon
imprinting the shape Thien Nhan (Sky eye – symbol of Cao Dai religion
beholding the statues worshipping Tam Giao Ngu Chi, reading the religion
records along the corridor, then dropping the soul into the prayer-book
voice integrated in the ups and downs music voice of the southern songs
creating the heart at ease.
About
200m from the holy see is the Phat Mau Sanctuary with the simple
decoration creating the special feature. Ba Hue Vien has the diversified
ornamential trees, flowers blooimg, the ordour flower fragnancy. Near
Ba Hue Vien is Trai Duong where the pilgrim have the simple vegetarian
cooked rice full of the human being love.
Tay Ninh Holy See is the place where once you have not come, you can come and then leaves with the affected heart.
