This service purpose is to have special treatment to your Presidents, Regional Directors i.e. VIPs who come to Vietnam on business. These VIPs will be greeted at the Aircraft on arriving and receiving different treatment to other passengers.

Using our service, your local Managers or Directors can come to the Airplane Staircase to welcome the VIPs and use the VIP room as a place of first meeting and even a short conference to create a good impression to the VIPs about hospitality of Vietnam and yourself.
To the VIPs: The VIPs will be greeted with the formalities as of welcoming diplomatic officials. VIPs will not be bothered by Custom & Immigration Clearance Procedures and line-up, as our staff will carry out those procedures on behalf of the VIPs. The service also help VIPs saving their precious time at the airport in a short visit to Vietnam. How to order:
Just send us details of the VIPs (full names, Nationality, Position names, Flight number, arrival date and time) together with details of people who will meet-up with the VIPs (full name and Passport No./ ID card No.). We will greatly appreciate if you could send us the above details at least 3 working days in advance of VIP arrival.
The service can be described as following:
Arrival:
1. Your local personnels arrive at the Airport before the Airplane lands, rest in VIPs Room to wait for the airplane.
2. When the plane has landed, your local personnels will come to the Airplane Staircase to welcome the VIPs and bring them back to VIPs room. (We will arrange transportation inside the Airport).
3. The VIPs and your local personnels rest at the VIPs rooms, while our staffs are doing the Immigration & Custom Clearance. (in about 10-15minutes)
4. After clearing all the needed procedures, all the document and luggage will be brought back to VIP room for a check. We say good-bye to your group here. Services are completed. We will provide transportation from Airport into town upon your request (without extra charge). Departure:
Same as Arrival, our staff will carry out all Check-in, Custom, and Emigration Procedures while your guests stay at VIP room. Your guest won't have to be at the Airport 2 hours before departure as usual; they can arrive here only 30 minutes before departure.
